I've always loved smoothies and a few months ago I started making green smoothies and sharing them with the girls.
I put in....
Spinach
A banana
A carton of yogurt
Some frozen berries
& Milk
Occasionally I put in other fresh fruit also.
The girls LOVE them!
We make them a few times a week now & the girls drink almost the whole thing themselves.

Oh my goodness, I just started making this EXACT drink! And it's how I get maddix to eat/drink some greens!! It's so tasty.
