Advent Calendar

My amazing mom made this cute advent calendar for the girls!

We had so much fun with it! The girls squealed with excitement every day when it was time to open their "surprise" for the day. 

Day 1: Christmas gummies. 

Day 2: Christmas stickers. 

Day 3: M&M's

Day 4: Jingle bell hairbands that the girls thought were bracelets. 

Day 5: Mint M&M's

Day 6: Christmas bracelets.

Day 7: Hershey's Kisses.

Day 8: Jingle bell rings.

Day 9: Christmas stickers. 

Day 10: Peanut butter M&M's

Day 11: Jingle bell bracelets. 

Day 13: Reese's bells.

Day 14: M&M's

Day 15: Pill sponges. 

Day 16:  Rolo's. 

Day 17: Slap bracelets. 

Day 18 & 19: Christmas wash rags. 

 Day 20: Candy bracelets.

Day 21: Hershey's Kisses. 

Day 22: Christmas stickers. 

Day 23 & 24: For some reason I didn't take pictures of these days. 23 was M&M's. 24 was Christmas balloons.

We had so much fun with this that I think I will fill it back up next year and do it again. 

Fresno Trip

We took a girls trip to Fresno the week after Christmas. 

My mom. Melinda. Maggie. The twins. And I. 

We drove there the day after Christmas and drove home on New Year's Eve. 

Wrigley & Morley wanted to be holding, touching, or hugging baby Syd at all times. 

Melinda, the twins and I stayed at my Aunt Darlene's house. 

This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. In my life.

I love this picture. This was every morning. The girls would wake up early and I would turn on a movie for them while I got ready and Melinda slept in the bed next to them :)

While we were there we discovered that Morley is a big lover of Egg Nog. 

We also discovered that the girls look a lot like my Mom's baby pictures. 

Darlene taught us how to play Settlers of Catan. It is my new favorite game!

One night we went to Zoo Lights with Rodney, Amy and the kids.

How amazing is it that all 5 kids are looking at the same time?!

We always love when we get to go visit our Fresno family.
