 I don't think I have a favorite but I really like to follow around the hairless cat at Playgroup.

Bubbly.  Happy.  Loving.

How much I care about others. 

 My "cheesers" whenever a camera comes out.

 My excitement about life.

8. What do you want to be when you grow up?

I'll probably end up winning American Idol or something.

I sure love to sing!

Mommy chasing me/"getting" me.

10. What is the biggest thing you accomplished during your first year of life?

I learned how to climb up on things.

He always plays with me and makes me laugh!

He takes me on car rides.

 She feeds me.

 She saves me from Wrigley's attacks.

 She's always there when I need loves.

She's fun to play with.

But I only like to look at them. I don't like it when they get too close.

Determined. Friendly. Adventurous.

7. Mommy's favorite thing about me is...
My contagious laugh. 

All the silly faces I make.

8. What do you want to be when you grow up?
Who knows...but I must say I am a pretty great dancer!

9. What is your favorite game?
Dancing around the living room with Mommy.

I learned how to walk!

He plays with me.

He sneaks me tastes of his treats when Mommy's not looking.

She feeds me.

Discovery Gateway

The Discovery Gateway Children's Museum has a "free day" once a year and yesterday was the day! 

We decided to go up there & check it out with some friends from our ward. There were 5 of us that went with our kids & we had a blast. It was super crowded but we expected that. 

They have an area for younger kids & that is where we stayed most of the time. 

 The girls loved this little slide! It wasn't steep at all & was really slow so they went down by themselves over & over. 

 There was also a water area that the girls loved. They probably would have stayed there all day if I had let them.

 Here are our attempts at getting a picture of the 6 kids (all under 2) together. 

 We stayed at the museum for a couple hours until the kids were all getting hungry & tired and then went to a park & had a picnic lunch. The weather was great & we had such a good time. I'm so glad we were able to go! I think the girls really enjoyed it.

Wordless Wednesday

Sleepy Miss Morley

It blows my mind that I am going to have two 1 year olds next week.  Why does the time go so fast?  I don't like it. 

But I am excited for their party! :)  I have so many fun ideas.

Anyway, back to the point of this post. The girls have been upgraded to  Big Girl  carseats!

They LOVE sitting up and facing forward. They love looking out the windows and being able to see Jeff & I. And I love that I can turn around and see them. 

They are happy to go for car rides now, which is great. We'll see how long it lasts :) The newness & excitement will wear off, I'm sure. 

 See how she's pointing to herself? I asked her, "Where's Morley?" And she points to herself! Love her!

(Sometimes she points to herself if I ask where Wrigley is too, so I don't know if she really knows who she is all the way yet.)

 And I sure love my goofy Miss Wrigs!

So, yesterday we were driving home from Walmart and Morley was extremely tired. 

We're transitioning down to one nap a day and some days it goes really well & they will sleep for 2 1/2 hours & be happy until bedtime. Some days (yesterday) it doesn't go so well. They only slept for an hour. But by the time they were tired again & wanted another nap, it was too late to let them take one or they would be up until 10! 

If they stay up late, they still wake up at 7:30 so they are cranky all day the next day because they are tired.
One good nap just works out better for all of us!

Anyway....I keep getting sidetracked.

Morley was falling asleep in the car. I didn't want her to.

Spring-ish Winter

I wish our Winters were always like it has been this year. 

We've had very little snow & when we do it lasts for a day or two at the longest. 

We've had a lot of 50 degree weather & last week it even got up into the low 60's. 

LOVE.

We've spent a lot of time at the park on those nice days.

The girls LOVE going outside. 

 They love the swings. Especially Morley. She giggles the whole time. I love it.

The girls & I went outside & played in the snow with Mckay on one of our snowy days last week. 

 They had fun until Wrigley fell face first into the snow. She wasn't a fan after that.
