I'm addicted to The Bachelorette. Shocker right?! The season finale was last night & I was so bummed that she picked Ed. Kiptyn was all around such a better guy in my opinion. I don't know why I get so upset, it's not like its affecting me in any way.

I used to want to be on this show. But I'm so glad I found my amazing man the old fashioned way :) So....my new plan is to nominate Mckay to be the Bachelor! That way I will get to be on the show when he brings the girls home to meet the family. I know....I'm genius! They actually were casting for The Bachelor in Salt Lake last weekend. Too bad he's in Ohio, or I would have made him go! ;)

Today I took Melinda driving. Highlight of my day :) She was so nervous & freaking out & I was laughing my head off. Fun times!

Rodizio Grill

Last night we went to Rodizio Grill at Trolley Square for Julie's birthday dinner. I ate so much meat I almost popped. I probably don't need to eat meat again for 2 months. Super delicious though.

Happy Pioneer Day (yesterday)

What a great holiday to remember & celebrate those who came before & settled this great land!

Jeff & I both had to work yesterday, which was kinda stinky. I would have loved to go to, or at least watched, the Days of '47 Parade. (3rd largest parade in the nation) I did have the afternoon off though & was able to get some things done around the house & run some errands. I even got a nap in :) When Jeff got off work we went to Bronson & Tara's to barbecue. Then headed to the Fiesta Days Rodeo down in Spanish Fork.

It was Emory's first rodeo & she loved it.

I look wasted. I took a Benadryl right before we went. I was so out of it.

It rained on us for maybe the first hour, but then cleared up for the rest of it.

They did fireworks at the end. My favorite! My camera was dead so I couldn't take any pictures. Fun day!

Party!

Last night Cassie Webb had a little party at her house with a bunch of people from high school. It was so fun to see everyone again & introduce Jeff to some of my friends.

I forgot to take pictures until everyone was almost getting ready to leave.

Mandy & Amanda got a hold of my camera though :)

Love/Hate

I have a love/hate relationship with my job lately. I have those days where I completely hate my job & want to quit right now! I think everyone has those days...I hope I'm not the only one. But then I have days like today, where I think, "I want to work here forever!" because I absolutely love the people that I get to interact with every day. An older man came in today and as he was walking towards me he said "Wow! I think I saw you on the cover of Vogue!" Ha, I wish :)
